About The Position
The Payment Brand Implementations (PBI) Delivery team plays a crucial role in supporting the Global Platform by managing the planning and execution of network mandates. This includes spearheading the product development life cycle (PDLC) process, managing dependencies, and fostering effective collaboration with key partners and cross-functional teams. Through strategic leadership and coordination, we are instrumental in ensuring successful implementations while supporting the evolving needs across all aspects of the PBI program. As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within PBI Delivery, you will be at the forefront of managing and executing the prompt review, assignment, and tracking of the incoming PBI workflow. Proficiency in PDLC principles and an understanding of payment methods and processing is desired. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders and management levels will be essential to your success in this role.
