Product Data Management Specialist (Experienced, Lead or Senior) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is hiring for an Experienced, Lead or Senior Product Data Management Specialist (Level 3, 4 or 5) in New Orleans, Louisiana, Kennedy Space Center, Florida, or Huntsville, Alabama. Position Responsibilities: Assists with activities to gather and document product requirements relevant to certification, configuration, data and data management and engineering processes Assists with plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control Gathers data to assist in monitoring adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements; assists with audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements Contribute to the development and implementation of Configuration and Data Management standards, processes, and tools Work under general direction This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Requirements

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education
  • Experienced, Level 3: Typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Lead, Level 4: Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Senior, Level 5: Typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Data Management or Systems Engineering

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Experience working with NASA programs
  • Proven ability to embrace change, lead continuous improvement, and treat safety and quality as top priorities
  • Experience working in a cross-functional teams in aerospace environments
  • Experience working and presenting to senior and executive leadership
  • Accreditation in Configuration Management from the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA)
  • Experience working multiple with rapidly shifting priorities to support a common SOW

Responsibilities
