  • Collaborate with teams to develop, analyze, manage, and verify compliance of process and product baselines for complex products.
  • Define, plan, coordinate, and conduct product and subsystem level technical design reviews and audits for new and derivative products.
  • Analyze complex product trades and changes, developing technically complete change proposals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Configuration and Data Management standards, processes, and tools.
  • Define and allocate Configuration and Data Management requirements for product hardware, software, and engineering design data systems throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Coordinate the integration of product elements and resolve issues with engineering product structure.
  • Develop, integrate, and implement engineering technical program plans, including impacts, risks, and lessons learned across multiple engineering functions.
  • Work under general direction.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
  • Experienced, Level 3: Typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Lead, Level 4: Typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience substantiating product compliance with performance and functional (FCA) requirements and with physical/design (PCA) requirements.
  • Experience building, assessing, and auditing ADAB (As Designed As Built) configuration.
  • Familiarity and experience with industry standard EIA-649.
  • Experience conducting supplier audits, assessing supplier quality systems, and driving corrective actions to closure through supplier nonconformance resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
