About The Position

Our Global Instrumentation & Control (I&C) business is seeking a Product Data Management Analyst for our production facility located in Warrendale, Pennsylvania. Global I&C produces complex, electro-mechanical instrumentation systems used in commercial nuclear industry for customers worldwide. The Product Data Management Analyst must be able to proactively participate as a member of the production team to ensure compliance with Westinghouse's Quality Management System, design standards, specifications, and requirements while mainly working with SAP daily.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or work experience in similar area.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and SharePoint
  • Efficient in SAP or similar MRP system.
  • Experience in working with large data sets
  • Able to communicate clearly with members from cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Use SAP to manage master data, including material master, bill of material, and quality modules, while keeping aligned with Westinghouse global standards.
  • Work with engineering to collect and evaluate information, understand drawings, and act as a gatekeeper for data entry and maintenance.
  • Work with shop operations, production planning and supply chain operations to ensure data is created in alignment with production strategy.
  • Review and approve engineering change orders and manage change configuration activities.
  • Run reports, analyze data, and recognize areas for optimization and improvement.
