Requirements

  • Completion of at least 2 years of full-time enrollment at an accredited four-year college or university and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
  • GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited four-year college or university
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Ability to clearly write and communicate technical information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of project management processes and tools
  • Ability to apply scientific and logical reasoning to complex problems
  • Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Alignment to Panasonic's seven core principles

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience through project teams, labs, or previous internships
  • Familiarity with quality tools such as SPC/SQC, MSA, or ISO 9001 compliance practices
  • Interest in energy storage, renewable energy, or electric vehicles

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining quality processes that address both product performance and customer requirements
  • Update and maintain documentation related to customer quality issues and corrective actions
  • Analyze process inputs/outputs using statistical tools, Python, JMP, SPC/SQC concepts, and MSA techniques
  • Support validation activities, including cell disassembly and testing, to confirm product reliability
  • Contribute to the design of offline quality-related parts to improve inspection efficiency and safety
  • Assist in implementing processes aligned with ISO 9001:2015 compliance standards
  • Utilize advanced lab equipment such as CT Scanners, SEM, and Keyence microscopes (IM/VR series) to collect and evaluate data
  • Support quality projects through testing, data collection, and reporting
