In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving measurable adoption and advocacy across the retail media ecosystem. You will translate complex product innovations into compelling value narratives, working closely across teams to ensure the alignment of messaging with real-world customer experiences. Your expertise will help shape the market perception of our offerings, identifying key opportunities for improvement and facilitating stronger customer relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to operate independently while maintaining a high standard for clarity and effectiveness. Your contributions will be integral to promoting customer success and enhancing overall brand engagement.

Requirements

5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or related roles within retail media or enterprise SaaS.
Strong understanding of retail media networks, supplier ecosystems, and enterprise retail buying cycles.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, persuasive value narratives.
Proven track record of driving product adoption and customer engagement initiatives.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high craft bar across presentations and content.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer teams.
Ability to operate independently, taking strategic direction, building execution plans, and delivering without heavy oversight.
Intellectual curiosity, pattern recognition, and the confidence to challenge assumptions thoughtfully.

Responsibilities

Translate product innovation and roadmap updates into clear, outcome-driven value stories that drive measurable adoption.
Turn real customer experiences and usage patterns into compelling proof that strengthens the broader market narrative.
Identify adoption gaps and proactively recommend initiatives that increase product usage and customer satisfaction.
Develop executive-ready customer narratives, case studies, and advocacy stories grounded in measurable impact.
Shape messaging and materials that help retailers communicate value internally and grow their supplier ecosystems.
Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Account teams to align messaging with real-world customer usage and value.
Collaborate with Comms to ensure customer proof reinforces the market-facing narrative and thought leadership.
Partner with Digital Marketing to activate and distribute customer stories across web and campaign channels.
Shape product and customer value narratives for Retail Advisory Council engagements and translate insights into messaging refinements.
Continuously surface patterns across customer feedback and market signals, recommending initiatives that accelerate adoption and advocacy.
