The Marketing Services Product Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the purchasing, inventory management and distribution to sales of the various collateral and promotional items used within their assigned market. These responsibilities include receiving orders, sourcing, placing purchase orders, follow-up, verifying receipts and processing payments. The incumbent works with marketing managers, outside vendors, sales reps and sales management, procurement staff and marketing services personnel as applicable for program support, special projects and overall inventory control.
