Job Description Must have an active (or ability to obtain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph The Production Control Clerk will be required to operate the duties of the Facilities Help Desk. Duties involve a combination of the following: • Answer routine help desk telephone calls with the ability to determine best technical course of action to develop a solution to the problem. • Coordination for labor services, material research, specific tools & equipment for facility repairs. • Generate trouble calls, repair tickets, schedule repairs, and dispatch appropriate personnel. • Create, review and update Preventive Maintenance Orders. • Identify automated alarms, make notifications and dispatch appropriate personnel. • Coordinate scheduling and site entry for service providers. • Assist Maintenance Team with minor Preventive Maintenance Orders, Trouble Calls and Repair Orders. • Assist Production Control and Construction Teams with material research, identification and staging. • Coordinate facilities team tasks for site events, conferences, tours and VIP visits. • This position requires computer skills appropriate for work ticket generation, work schedule creation and assessment, material & tool inventory using SAP. • Provides administrative/technical assistance to facility maintenance team. • Other duties as assigned. #Intel

Requirements

  • Must have an active (or ability to obtain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
  • Customer service and communication skills are essential to perform the duties associated with this position.
  • Technical knowledge in the fields of Facilities Operations, Facilities Maintenance and Construction.
  • A combination of education and directly related experience equal to one (2) years.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient computer and software skills to include the use of SAP and applications in the Microsoft Suite
