About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Product Communications Coordinator to manage the messaging, content, and promotional strategies for our products. This role will be responsible for ensuring consistent and compelling communication across various channels, supporting product launches, and collaborating closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to strengthen brand presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product communications, marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design or marketing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain product messaging, content, and communications materials.
  • Coordinate with design and marketing teams to create promotional campaigns.
  • Support product launches with press releases, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain brand consistency in all communication channels.
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to refine communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information is shared externally.
