About The Position

Brunswick Bowling Products is a global technology provider to bowling centers, family entertainment centers, bars, and other hospitality venues. We design and build powerful systems – including point of sale, automated scoring, cloud-based marketing systems, and apps. Brunswick is seeking a Product Advocate to join its growing and passionate team. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years experience in product, marketing, or communications role
• Marketing experience including sales and/or technical support preferred
• Passionate about technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and presentation skills
• Experience in customer-facing and product demonstration roles
• Must be self-motivated, an outstanding communicator with the ability to listen to customers and set/achieve both strategic and tactical goals that will grow our business and share
• Great organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Preference for working in a collaborative, cross-team, cross-cultural capacity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel 50+%

Responsibilities

• Strongly contribute to the messaging, positioning, and creation of sales tools for Brunswick products
• Be an internal and external evangelist that enables and educates stakeholders on our product vision, capabilities, and benefits
• Support international distributor group with staff education/training as well as presentations for key customers
• Create engaging training content to better support our global network of customers
• Provide input on enhancements and product improvements to enhance the product and increase market share
• Assume primary responsibility for the successful presentation and education on Sync and Brunswick technologies. Primary presentations will be for strategic customers and industry events. Assists key international distributors in presentations and education for their customers or staff. Quarterly/Periodic training webinars for general Sync audience.
• Assume secondary responsibility for the adoption/use of Sync Scoring, POS, Management and Marketing features/functionalities after initial training has been completed. Facilitates periodic check-ins with strategic customers and reviews current account status.
• Create and maintain end user training content materials for Sync and other Brunswick technologies.
• Provide feedback to Product Management on Enhancements, Bugs, and general customer response. Maintain and enhance technical knowledge and interpersonal skills. Provide training and support systems as directed by supervisor. Maintain general trends within the entertainment industry and feed that information back in to improvements for Brunswick
