Product Business Analyst
About The Position
Cyti is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Business Analyst to support product feature development, system enhancements, and cross-platform integrations across multiple SaaS environments. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams. The successful candidate will gather requirements, clarify business objectives, and produce structured, high-quality documentation that enables efficient product delivery and reduces execution risk. This is a hands-on execution role suited for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable working across business and technical domains.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst
- Demonstrated experience working with software development teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience documenting workflows, system requirements, and integrations
- Familiarity with SaaS or web-based platforms
- Ability to operate independently and manage priorities effective
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare, operational systems, or service-based platforms
- Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore teams
- Exposure to API integrations or technical documentation practices
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Define user flows, business rules, validation logic, and system behaviors
- Document workflows, integrations, and system dependencies
- Support data field mapping and API documentation as required
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Partner with engineering teams to proactively resolve ambiguity prior to development
- Maintain organized and version-controlled documentation standards
