In a team environment, perform material handling and assembly of a variety of medical products. Perform a variety of tasks with established procedures which includes documentation and guidelines. Must be able to communicate clearly with co-workers both in speech and in writing. Work assigned daily. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time
Requirements
- 1-2 Years with high school diploma/degree/equivalent, or
- An equivalent combination of education/work experience
- Certification in assigned area preferred
Responsibilities
- May perform assembly of medical devices as assigned.
- Perform all aspects of assembly learned through on-the-job training.
- May train others through on-the-job training.
- Accountable for trainee's quality of work (NCMR, Scrap, etc.) until trainee is signed-off in TRS.
- Perform TRS transactions.
- Understand and follow all BSC and GMP procedures required to perform work.
- Communicate with team members to problem solve and resolve issues.
- Perform special assignments and other duties as required.
- Ability to lift 20lbs on occasion.
