In a team environment, perform material handling and assembly of a variety of medical products. Perform a variety of tasks with established procedures which includes documentation and guidelines. Must be able to communicate clearly with co-workers both in speech and in writing. Work assigned daily. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week. Requirements

  • 1-2 Years with high school diploma/degree/equivalent, or
  • An equivalent combination of education/work experience
  • Certification in assigned area preferred

Responsibilities

  • May perform assembly of medical devices as assigned.
  • Perform all aspects of assembly learned through on-the-job training.
  • May train others through on-the-job training.
  • Accountable for trainee's quality of work (NCMR, Scrap, etc.) until trainee is signed-off in TRS.
  • Perform TRS transactions.
  • Understand and follow all BSC and GMP procedures required to perform work.
  • Communicate with team members to problem solve and resolve issues.
  • Perform special assignments and other duties as required.
  • Ability to lift 20lbs on occasion.
