Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
1-2 years post high school education in area of specialization
GPA: 3.0 or higher
Computer and service knowledge
Experience in a team environment
Experience with problem tracking tools
Submit transcript along with employment application

Responsibilities

Support the product development and maintenance release process through product validation testing with supervision
Execute test scenarios to uncover product design defects with supervision
Report product defects via defect tracking database, following defects to resolution
Provide technical support to internal customers
Perform assigned project tasks under the supervision of more senior-level Product Assurance Specialists, a Team Lead, or Management
Participates in the ISO on the job training
Provide task completion time estimates
Become familiar with tools and applications utilized by department
Learn department and corporate policies, procedures, and plans
Schedule and attend identified training classes
Other duties as assigned
