About The Position

The Product Artwork Coordinator at GC America Inc. is responsible for coordinating product packaging artwork for a variety of dental materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory, quality, and customer requirements. This role involves managing the development of packaging for both new products and revisions to existing materials, while collaborating with marketing and regulatory departments to streamline processes and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in project management and proofreading.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across functions and with multiple levels of management.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

• College diploma preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with International Standards Organization (ISO) and GS1 barcodes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product packaging artwork, including product boxes, labels, and instructions for use (IFUs).
• Support the Marketing and Regulatory Departments in package development and process improvements.
• Review vendor artwork proofs and ensure quality control of final approved artwork.
• Prioritize project timelines and deadlines for labeling, including new creations and revisions.
• Communicate issues and opportunities for process streamlining to enhance efficiency.
• Assist with global correspondence regarding artwork review and requests.
• Work closely with other GC Groups globally to meet project deadlines.
• Attend necessary meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
