Utilize soft skills in order to take difficult engineering topics and simplify them to help customers understand. Apply experience with computers and technology in order to understand what can go wrong and make recommendations and provide solutions to avoid issues. Support company’s Data Center SSD business, address customer issues and ensure qualification success. Create and provide collateral for products as well as present on issues experienced by customer to seek the appropriate solution to meet revenue goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Perform hands-on debug in the lab to address customer issues
  • Debug both hardware and software issues
  • Set up and configure computer hardware and software for testing and debug
  • Read code/scripts to provide review and recommendations for changes
