Job Description: Key responsibilities: Provides overall people-care management for direct reports, including hiring, setting, and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; drives and fosters organization-wide performance standards, expectations, and practices to support ongoing team member and process development. Lead Product master data control and governance team within PLM, ERP and MDM systems ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and continuous improvements. Drives NPI readiness and Mfg partner collaboration – ensuring data readiness, timely release, and secured data communication. Partner with cross functional teams across Order Management, Finance, Services, Supply chain, and IT to streamline end to end data management. Lead Business unit level data transformation and integration efforts, aligning tools and workflows with HPE’s enterprise and AI strategy. Define product and services data quality policies, standards, procedures, audit controls, and Business continuity plans aligned with Enterprise and ONEPLM digital strategy. Enable accurate & timely NPI setup and sustenance product structuring, change management, extension and maintenance of Material Master (MM), BOM & Variant configuration across Engineering, Corporate, Sales, re-biller & fulfillment plants. Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects and programs, ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated and that goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets met in accordance with program and organizational roadmaps. Identify and execute master data process automation opportunities using AI that enhance operational scalability and data accuracy. Manages relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers, including setting expectations regarding deliverables, product quality, schedules, and costs; ensures that team members are effectively communicating and collaborating with outsourced resources.
