About The Position

The primary responsibility of this analyst role is to support the product called AccessOne. AccessOne supports our Fiserv ISO Clients. It enables them to Board merchants and perform Account Maintenance on boarded merchants. As well as transactional reporting such as Authorizations, Settlement data, and Chargeback Data. It also has modules servicing Risk Management activities, Residuals and Profitability. AO also offers access to Statements and 1099K Reporting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Excellent email etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.

Nice To Haves

• General Knowledge of North BE and Omaha BE processes and procedures.
• General Knowledge and usage of FDPOS, Commerce Control Center (Business Track/ClientLine Enterprise (CLX), Merchant Manager.
• Experience with Product Management tools such as Confluence, JIRA and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support the product management team and the various modules in AccessOne.
• Collaborate directly with third-party development vendor to define technical requirements, customize configurations, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as CSA support for the ISOs Clients, as well as technical teams.
• Support application performance testing and monitoring, ensuring systems are optimized and reliable.
• Research incoming questions and issues directed to the Product Team and provide status updates.
