Hearst Magazines is one of the largest publishers in the world, with more than 25 brands, including Cosmopolitan, ELLE, Esquire, Good Housekeeping, Harper's BAZAAR, Popular Mechanics, and O the Oprah Magazine. We reach more than 150 million people every month in the United States alone. But we're more than just our magazines. We engage our audience across all mediums and channels - print, digital, video and social - with sophisticated content creation, distribution and data capabilities. We create, package and sell products with cutting-edge technology and proprietary platforms. Together, we are reinventing publishing for the 21st century. We are seeking an exceptional Product Analyst to join the Hearst Magazines Product & Technology Team. In this role, you will provide data-driven product/business insights and serve as a strategic thought partner to our product teams. You will develop a consistent method to track product health metrics to drive our planning for our product tracks, identify likely root causes for key product data gaps (using quantitative and qualitative data), and present recommendations to address them. You will collect, quantify, and prioritize product-related challenges to be considered by product and engineering in future development, and up-level the understanding of how our readers are using our sites in the real world.
