About The Position

The position will be a Product Analyst with the CV-ALIR and CV-Exchange products which are products of the ISO/ Verisk Insurance Underwriting group and headquartered in College Station, TX. CV-Exchange ® is a service that notifies loss payees/mortgagees of policy details and changes affecting their collateral. This service helps insurance carriers streamline their processes for distributing a variety of notices to loss payees and additional interest. CV-ALIR satisfies an insurers statutory obligation to report automobile coverage to state departments of motor vehicles (DMVs).

Requirements

  • College Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years of business-to-business customer support experience with a strong customer focus and attention to detail.
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, exacting attention to detail and problem solving skills required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to interpret and track state specific requirements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Up to 5% travel may be required

Nice To Haves

  • A general understanding of P&C insurance is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Daily coordination of customer implementation of CV-ALIR/CV-Exchange products, including testing.
  • Proactively facilitate communication between various parties including states, product support, other internal resources, vendors, third parties, and Verisk as appropriate.
  • Stay abreast of current state and federal legislation and regulations relating to CV-ALIR/CV-Exchange products.
  • Communicate relevant information to internal Verisk staff and customers.
  • Work closely with product support to resolve customer's implementation or production issues.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding on the CV-ALIR/CV-Exchange products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
