This person will be the first line of defense for reported production issues. They’ll investigate whether an issue is a true production defect, user errors, expected behavior (working as designed) or enhancement request or new functionality. They will help to qualify the issues and then work with a group of three consultants (India) that are already there to make sure that those tickets are logged correctly that they're brought to the product owners so that they can be prioritized for execution Review and look up user sessions, analytics, behavior patterns then validate whether an issue is real, if the issue can be reproduced, or if the issue is isolated or systemic. Will be responsible for validating whether reported issues are real and reproducible. The customer expects this person to ask questions, validate assumptions, and confirm intent — not operate independently at first. Work with 3 existing consultants/contractors to ensure tickets are logged correctly, issues are clearly documented, and proper context is provided before escalation. Acts as a quality filter before issues reach Product Owners.
