SWBC is seeking talented students to join our College Intern Program in San Antonio, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity for college students who are motivated and eager to learn within their educational field of study. Interns will gain practical, hands on experience and training that will provide opportunities for growth, learning, and development within the financial services industry. Full time and part time paid internship opportunities are available across numerous departments. This specific internship will support our Product organization, with an emphasis on product analysis, documentation, research, and cross functional collaboration. Interns are placed based on interest, academic coursework, business need, and schedule availability. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Expected graduation date of December 2026 or later.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow‑up skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change, multitask, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for learning and proactive problem‑solving.
  • Professionalism, maturity, and a strong desire to contribute meaningfully.
  • Must be local to San Antonio, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Support product prioritization processes, including intake documentation, workflow tracking, and participation in weekly prioritization sessions.
  • Enhance and update product documentation in Confluence, including internal resources and client‑facing materials.
  • Document process improvement opportunities, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Conduct research on training opportunities related to money movement and payment processing across SWIVEL and partner teams.
  • Assist with project management and product development through cross‑department collaboration.
  • Build awareness and exposure to the Financial Services and Payments industries while growing analytical and communication skills.
  • Shadow Product team members to expand your knowledge base and strengthen technical and business competencies.
