The Product Analyst plays a crucial role in defining and executing the product vision and strategy for our Enterprise Conversational AI platform. This role is critical in helping the Product Owner with story writing and defining detailed requirements. The ideal candidate is practiced in leading discovery, ideation, refinement, and execution within cross-disciplinary teams, leveraging user research, prototyping, and agile methodologies. This role will collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our solutions meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
