About The Position
At FIS, we are looking for a motivated and forward-thinking individual to join our team. As part of our team, you will serve as a central resource, engaging with design, process, manufacturing, testing, quality, and marketing as our products move through production and distribution. Your involvement will span all stages of a product's lifecycle, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance of the product or product line. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing internal and external operating and regulatory compliance requirements for the Line of Business (LOB) product portfolio. This includes owning and maintaining the LOB Compliance playbook, governing LOB operations according to the Compliance Playbook, coordinating and managing LOB annual training, and handling compliance incident management. You will also manage regulatory changes and product updates, ensuring that our operations align with compliance standards and regulations. This position allows for remote work from anywhere in North America, providing flexibility while you contribute to our mission of delivering innovative financial solutions.
