About The Position

The Product Analyst - Digital Product (Technical) plays a key role in bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution within the Digital Product team. This position supports Product Managers and Engineers by transforming product requirements into detailed technical specifications that enable seamless development and delivery. The analyst will ensure that product enhancements and new features align with both business goals and system architecture, driving high-quality user experiences and efficient execution across teams.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in product analysis, business systems analysis, or digital product management
  • Strong ability to work across technical and non-technical teams to ensure mutual understanding and alignment
  • Demonstrated experience translating complex business needs into precise technical documentation and user stories
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in eCommerce or digital platforms preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Managers to translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories for development teams.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and UX to ensure alignment between product intent, technical feasibility, and implementation.
  • Facilitate grooming and sprint planning sessions, ensuring requirements are well-documented, testable, and prioritized effectively.
  • Support solutioning sessions with architects and technical leads to define how new features integrate with existing systems and platforms.
  • Participate in Agile development practices including standups, retrospectives, and demonstrations to ensure consistent communication and progress tracking.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of business rules, data flows, and system dependencies to support cross-functional understanding.
  • Conduct impact analyses and assist in change management for new feature releases or platform updates.
  • Develop operational readiness materials, assist with UAT, and help coordinate product demos and stakeholder reviews.
  • Analyze product performance data to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, or enhanced customer experience.
