Position Summary This position supports the development and enhancement of clinical software applications by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and coordinating across R&D, Quality, and business stakeholders. The role will contribute to product design discussions and ensure features align with user needs and compliance requirements. The Product Analyst - Clinical Software plays a key role in translating clinical and technical expertise into actionable development tasks and supporting multiple software products.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, clinical applications, or related field.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and/or product development processes.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to document requirements and translate technical details into clear workflows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with prototyping or visualization tools a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support feature and enhancement prioritization by gathering requirements and documenting user needs.
  • Assist with prototyping and documenting new product features or changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to track product requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Partner with development teams to support story building, sprint planning, and product demos.
  • Coordinate with Software Quality Assurance teams to review test cases and validate product readiness.
  • Help monitor project timelines, follow up on action items, and report on progress.
  • Support compliance and regulatory documentation related to product development.
