As a Product Advisor II within PNC's Small Business organization, you will be based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Job Description Represents one or multiple products as part of the sales process with the objective of closing new business opportunities. Defines solution options in the sales process based on product knowledge and business requirements. Leads internal or external discussions related to the application of one or multiple products to help close deals. Leads direct interaction with clients as part of the sales process and represents PNC in bank-sponsored industry events, as needed. Assesses client's current business situation and related requirements through data gathering, which includes interviews and research. Provides the customer perspective in the design, development and management of new or existing product enhancements. Maintains a thorough understanding of marketplace, competitors and industry trends in order to identify new opportunities. Develops and maintains product marketing and proposal material and provides educational sessions to Sales in conjunction with Product Management. Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • Specific certifications are often required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities
