About The Position

Fairwinds Technologies is redefining how the world connects, senses, and controls in contested and denied environments. We are seeking a Product‑Focused Account Manager / Business Development Manager to lead global adoption of our Global Link Narrowband solution—spanning secure communications, electronic warfare, and signals intelligence mission sets. This role is ideal for a seller‑strategist who thrives at the intersection of advanced RF technology, product positioning, and mission‑driven customer engagement. You will own both the revenue strategy and mission application development for Global Link, expanding its use beyond traditional communications into EW and SIGINT‑enabled operational advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product‑driven sales or business development.
  • Background selling RF, EW, SIGINT, ISR, SATCOM, or narrowband communication systems.
  • Strong understanding of contested and denied communications environments.
  • Ability to sell emerging capabilities prior to formal requirements.
  • Proven ability to translate technical features into mission impact.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with EW, SIGINT, or CEMA programs.
  • Familiarity with LPI/LPE systems and spectrum dominance concepts.
  • Experience supporting SOF, IC, or advanced R&D organizations.
  • International or allied defense sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own product‑centric sales and business development for the Global Link Narrowband solution.
  • Position Global Link for communications, EW, and SIGINT mission applications.
  • Develop non‑traditional use cases including spectrum sensing, LPI/LPE signaling, and control paths for EW architectures.
  • Build relationships across DoD, Intelligence Community, and international defense customers.
  • Lead FAR‑based, OTA, and commercial capture efforts.
  • Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to translate CONOPS into product roadmap inputs.
  • Represent Fairwinds in mission demonstrations, exercises, and customer briefings.
  • Maintain pipeline, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce.
