About The Position

Boeing is currently looking for an Experience Product Acceptance Specialists to join their team in San Antonio, TX to support the Global Warehouse & Logistics organization under the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. The selected candidates are responsible for, but not limited to, performing tasks in the areas including receiving inspection at multiple sites, partnering with customers for discrepancy resolution, being actively engaged in improvement projects and corrective actions. First Pass Quality is a top priority when work is completed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality or experience in a regulated industry
• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• 3+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, quality inspection and/or auditing
• 1+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience identifying, root cause analysis and corrective actions
• 1+ years of experience working in a cross functional work environment
• 1+ years of experience in a formal or information team leadership role
• Willing and able to work any shift

Responsibilities

• Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements
• Provides objective evidence of results
• Validates work instructions, tooling requirements, certifications, process standards, policies and procedures
• Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring
• Identifies and documents discrepancies
• Segregates and controls non-conforming items
• Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance
• Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification
• Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action
