About The Position
The PXP Producer (brand) supports the clients and ideals of their creative lead agency, all under the vision of their Head of Production. Directly reports to an SVP/Group EP or VP EP, depending on creative agency department needs & structure. The Producer is responsible for translating creative ideas into project plans and deliverables across their specific discipline(s) of expertise. In addition to fundamental producer skills, to be on the Production team requires solid critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as a passion for guiding creative ideas from brief through project launch. The ideal candidate for this position will have ambitions of work that pushes creative and technological limits and experience in delivering a variety of integrated projects completed on time, within budget and to the highest level of creative standards.
