The Producer is the primary executional lead for Life Surge’s live events, responsible for bringing strategic vision to life through operational excellence, creative innovation, and cross-functional coordination. This role oversees the full production lifecycle—from planning and rehearsals through live show execution and post-show evaluation. The Producer ensures each event runs smoothly, remains creatively compelling, and keeps the audience engaged from start to finish. This role manages internal alignment, vendor coordination, production timelines, and budgets while delivering every creative and technical element at the highest standard. Although not typically the show caller, the Producer must be ready to step into that role if needed and lead backstage operations with a focus on team dynamics and brand excellence.
