About The Position

TelevisaUnivision is seeking for a producer who works with producers and team leads to ensure the development of the music live shows adheres to the programming strategy and creative vision of the Primetime Realities & Specials. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and a strong operations background. Proven track record of successfully running entertainment live shows for network or cable television within the Hispanic Market.

Requirements

• Bi-lingual, English/Spanish
• Ability to promote a collaborative environment
• Must have a keen eye for details
• Able to work in a very fast paced environment & multi-task
• Skilled problem solver with the ability to turn visions into reality
• Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of market, trends and demographics
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Liaise with production management to turn vision into reality, resolve problems and meet production deadlines and standards
• Liaise across organization to meet multi-platform goals and objectives
• Responsible for the operation of the development process, and production of live shows
• Works with executive producer on managing and developing team associated to each production
• Ensures team has appropriate resources to achieve defined objectives
