About The Position

Brown & Brown is seeking a Sales Executive/Producer to join our growing team! The Sales Executive/Producer is responsible for selling insurance products to new and existing clients. This producer will know their way around high value and executive homes, exotic and collector cars, marine and recreational vehicles, high limit umbrellas, and niche coverages like personal cyber, jewelry, and high value collectibles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent in experience and training or education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years insurance and/or sales experience in specified area or similar capacity
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be assertive, self-motivated and resilient
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • CPRIA certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Cultivating relationships in the High-Net-Worth space and generating qualified leads
  • Converting qualified Private Client suspects and prospects into customers
  • Broadening the profit center's Private Client reach through targeted connections, events, and sponsorships
  • Maintaining personal accountability and exceeding your established sales goals
  • Evaluating risks and providing expertise, knowledge, and advice to discerning clients
  • Analyzing coverage, preparing detailed proposals, presenting solutions, and closing sales
  • Building relationships with our key insurance carriers to negotiate coverages and opportunities
  • Networking in the community, developing centers of influence, and maintaining a strong pipeline
  • Working to develop and implement personalized campaigns
  • Utilizing profit center resources to serve clients before, during, and after the sales process
