Requirements

• At least two (2) years of experience at a radio station or audio production facility.
• Excellent creative editing and communication skills for radio.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous production experience within radio and/or a live studio environment preferred.
• Good public speaking and presentation skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
• Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to 'internal client' and customer service principles.
• Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
• Creative writing ability.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid production skills with a strong working knowledge of audio equipment necessary for on air production and execution.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Previous production experience within radio and/or a live studio environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage this studio and technical operations of the show.
• Oversee and support all aspects of show production.
• Follow the show format and provide feedback to the host.
• Assist the program director and promoting the program.
