One of North America’s largest Media and Entertainment Technology and Operations suppliers, we provide engineering services, physical and cloud integration, training, support, and managed services. Our Managed Services deliver customized operations and services for all phases of media production, including creative and engineering. Founded in 1997, and providing nationwide services, ASG has teams based in North America, South America, and Europe. We are looking for: Advanced Systems Group LLC. is seeking experienced Senior Producers to join our high-performing team on a project-to-project basis. The Senior Producer works tightly with the Executive Producer to develop, track and manage video and audio content across a packet of assigned work and Product Areas. They oversee numerous agency partners who are responsible for the execution of individual projects, acting as a project and creative lead to ensure that the execution is consistent and reflective of the brief. This position is part of our Flex Workforce. As a Flex team member, you’ll work on a project-to-project basis, supporting a variety of leading media and technology clients. Flex roles are ongoing and dynamic—work may vary in cadence, length, and scope depending on client needs. This setup offers flexibility, exposure to top-tier companies, and the chance to grow your skills across multiple exciting assignments. Estimated schedule: 10-30 days per month This role is open to candidates in New York City.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in audio and video production (5+ years)
- Friendly and respectful communication with team members and stakeholders through written form as well as over the shoulder sessions and meetings
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Working knowledge of Project Management software such as Monday.com or similar tools.
Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Producer across the planning, production, and delivery of all assigned video projects, from concept development to post-production.
- Collaborate with a variety of agency suppliers focused on execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.
- Work with the EP to maintain creative excellence, introducing new formats and approaches to keep our channel content fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with the EP to make data driven decisions that optimize our content roadmaps to ensure the highest possible impact and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in video production, including AI tools that can expedite the production process.
- Periodically act as a producer or director on high-value or complex projects.
- Provide quality control feedback on agency partners’ output.
