About The Position
The Producer - Employee Benefits position is an outside sales role focused on driving business sales, retention, and growing existing client revenue. The individual will manage client relationships to ensure profitability, satisfaction, and organic growth. The role requires achieving annualized new business sales of $200k in the target market of companies with 200-2,000 employees, retaining at least 92% of business year over year, and utilizing USI resources to develop customized messaging for prospects. The position also involves participating in national and regional meetings, engaging in client meetings, and collaborating with the account management team.
