About The Position
The Producer Compensation Analyst is a client-facing role that handles inquiries via toll-free line or general service email box from clients and brokers, as well as, collects and validates required documents and data elements in order to complete initial commissions' system setup to ensure accurate and timely commissions' payment to brokers. The Analyst will also process assigned portions of Broker of Record (BOR) change requests as needed. This position primarily involves a hybrid work schedule - working remotely: Monday & Friday / on site: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
