About The Position

The Producer, Branded and Lifestyle Content at NBC Universal is responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects from conception to air, including commercials, editorial series, branded entertainment, and various media formats. This bilingual (Spanish/English) role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to oversee complex productions while fostering an inclusive and creative environment. The producer will ensure that all creative deliverables meet high standards and are delivered on time, while also managing budgets and timelines effectively.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant production experience in a production company, agency, or related environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in assessing budgets, schedules, and production plans.
• Knowledge of the latest production techniques and industry best practices.
• Extensive knowledge of post-production and media deliverables.
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience interfacing with clients and delivering branded content.
• Ability to build and maintain budgets.
• Team-oriented with demonstrated leadership abilities.

• Reality show experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from conception to air for various media formats.
• Lead creative discussions with production staff, brand clients, and collaborators.
• Oversee the development and execution of impactful storytelling for both long and short form content.
• Build and maintain production documents such as shoot schedules, call sheets, and gear lists.
• Ensure creative ideation is executed and all deliverables adhere to standards.
• Communicate and manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Direct talent and crew, ensuring a deeper story is told through the content produced.
• Stay current on industry trends and foster innovative production solutions.
• Anticipate and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Facilitate timely delivery of all materials, including final masters for trafficking.
