About The Position

Apple Arcade is a family-friendly gaming service available on the App Store. Arcade's incredible catalog is available to play on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro, and all 250+ games are free of ads and in-app purchases. Players can step into the shoes of their favorite sports stars in games like NFL Retro Bowl ‘26 or NBA 2K26 Arcade Edition, score the highest hand in the poker-inspired, deck-building sensation Balatro+, sneak around as a mischievous Sasquatch in Sneaky Sasquatch, or explore hundreds of other games — both new and old — from their favorite genres. The Apple Arcade Producer becomes a developer's main point of contact throughout game development and post-launch, and will take on core responsibilities including defining milestone schedules and deliverables, managing external developer relationships, reviewing and approving key checkpoints, offering insightful creative feedback on the player experience, and collaborating with critical internal teams like hardware, software, and App Store platform teams at Apple. Furthermore, the Producer will take on additional projects to help support the Arcade business as well as broader gaming-focused initiatives, including feature and platform adoption. In this role, you'll be a pivotal member of the Arcade team, supporting development partners like Sega, Ubisoft, Gameloft, 2K, EA, Devolver Digital, Triband, Ironhide, and Rovio to deliver a diverse portfolio of games.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in an operations or project management role working on games that have a robust live service component.
Intimately familiar with the game development process, in particular releasing and maintaining products on the App Store.
Outstanding desktop computer skills and familiarity with standard Project Management tools that include Excel, Airtable, Quip, Keynote, and others.
