About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of produce varieties and handling preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Support the setup and maintenance of attractive produce displays that encourage customer purchases.
  • Engage with customers to provide knowledgeable assistance and answer questions about produce items.
  • Participate in inventory tracking and rotation to ensure timely sales and minimize spoilage.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to meet daily operational goals and improve department performance.
