Produce Support - Part-Time
About The Position
PRODUCE SUPPORT: Sales Clerk working primarily on the Produce salesfloor and responsible for direct customer service during regular store hours. This person's primary duties include pricing, stocking, unloading delivery trucks, merchandising, building displays, rotation, housekeeping, sanitation, scale work, and direct customer service throughout the Department. Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned including incidental prep. work, traying, wrapping, moving stock from the cooler to the salesfloor, special orders, and re-wraps. Availability: Must be available to be scheduled between 20-30hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needsPrevious Experience: familiarity with produce merchandise and equipment preferred. Physical Demands: repetitive lifting to 50#; occasional lifting to 80#. Other Considerations: customer relations; able to work with minimal supervision; prioritize tasks; reliable, dependable.
