Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack or forklift.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to assist our diverse customer base effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
• Basic knowledge of retail math to assist with pricing and inventory tasks.
• Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods while performing duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all produce is fresh, well-stocked, and visually appealing to customers.
• Perform inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, checking for quality, and organizing stock on shelves.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely to move products as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the produce department, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
