About The Position

Produce Quality Control and Assurance (QCA) Associate (Warehouse) – Full-Time Location: Brewster, NY Pay: $18 - 20/hour What You'll Do Inspect inbound produce for quality, temperature, and packaging compliance Conduct routine quality checks and audits on in-stock produce Document findings and input data into internal tracking systems or WMS Identify and flag spoiled or aging items for removal or repack Ensure FIFO rotation and monitor cold storage conditions What We’re Looking For 1+ year of produce handling or quality inspection experience preferred Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, FIFO, or other food safety standards a plus Comfortable working in cold storage and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly Basic math skills and ability to read/write in English Prior warehouse experience and WMS knowledge is helpful Why Join Us? Requirements

• 1+ year of produce handling or quality inspection experience preferred
