About The Position

This position provides leadership support and direction during primetime hours (3p-7p M-F; 11a-7p Sat/Sun) to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. The Assistant Department Leader will partner with the store leader and department leader to develop a high-performance culture, ensuring associates are aligned to the business strategy and receive the necessary knowledge and training to deliver a consistently great experience for every customer, every time. The role also requires demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
