This position provides leadership support and direction during primetime hours (3p-7p M-F; 11a-7p Sat/Sun) to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. The role involves partnering with the store leader and department leader to foster a high-performance culture, ensuring associates are aligned with business strategy and receive necessary training to deliver excellent customer experiences.
