About The Position

The Mid-Atlantic Division has an opening for a Produce Ops Specialist in the Northern VA area. This is a backstage salary position, eligible for a bonus. This position is a field role with up to 70% travel within and outside of the district. The Operations Specialist monitors, enforces, and supports the execution of the division's merchandising plan for their department in assigned stores. Train, coach, oversee and develop store teams within the department.
