About The Position

The Produce/Lead Clerk is responsible for creating outstanding customer experiences through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe, clean, and fresh environment, and achieving sales and profit goals for the department. This role involves monitoring and controlling quality assurance standards, directing and supervising all functions and activities within the Produce department, and supporting its day-to-day operations. The clerk is expected to embrace the Customer 1st strategy, encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service, and demonstrate the Company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
