About The Position

Are you known for your attention to detail and multitasking? Ready to take charge behind the scenes and keep our store moving at full speed ? As the Produce & Floral Specialist , you will be the store’s point person for produce , floral & gift center department excellence , ensuring product freshness, merchandising accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards. This role embodies passion, excellence, hospitality, and teamwork , delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational integrity. You will own produce , floral & gift center inventory accuracy, rotation standards, and presentation, while supporting guest engagement and department readiness for promotions and seasonal events. The pay range for this position is $18.19 - $19.40 per hour.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail, culinary, and/or grocery experience.
• Experience with electronic shelf label systems, inventory management technology, or AI-enabled retail tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all produce , floral & gift center products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of produce , floral & gift center items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Support front-end operations during peak business times as a cashier or in other areas.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach when on the sales floor.
