You will work alongside your team and manager, providing coaching and celebrating successes. The role requires you to keep operations smooth, solve problems efficiently, and act as manager when needed. This position reports to the Produce & Floral Department Manager and fosters a culture of leadership, hospitality, excellence, and teamwork.
