About The Position

The position involves implementing all company and division policies to achieve maximum sales and profits in the produce departments. Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with employees, customers, and supervision.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure maximum customer relations.
• Supervise salad bar operations and ensure proper training of department employees.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the produce department.
• Analyze department operations and make recommendations for improvements.
• Plan and organize work schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Perform all duties as assigned by the store manager and/or supervisor.
