About The Position

The Produce/Dept Leader is responsible for implementing all company and division policies to achieve maximum sales and profits in the produce departments. This role also requires demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Smith’s Food and Drug, which merged with The Kroger Company in 1998, serves customers in over 140 stores across Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming.
